I recieved a voucher/free pass for an NDC event, how do I use it?

Steps on using the voucher:

1. Go to the events section

2. Select the event you wish to attend

3. You will be redirected to our eventbrite page, when

you click on the green tickets button enter the

discount/promo code in the box prior to selecting

your ticket

What types of people will I meet at an NDC event?

People who attend our events are professionals who want to meet people outside of their social circle of friends, family and colleagues. There is usually a cross section of people from all types of fields who have various interests. One of our goals is to bring together fun people who want to make lasting connections.

How does speed dating work?

It's an opportunity to meet 15-20 singles, who are serious about wanting to be in a relationship. You will date each person for
4 - 5 minutes, giving you the opportunity to decide if you want to see that person again.

How does NDC Singles Parties work?

NDC Singles Parties are like a happy hour mixer for singles, but with interactive ice breaker games incorporated into it. While our singles parties have structure to them they are not rigid, as the goal is to help you make a connection. Ex. our combinations and connections Singles Parties ladies will receive a combination lock and gents will receive a combination code card, you're free to approach whomever you like, whenever you like, for as long as you like.

I'm not single, can I still go?

Our events are strictly for people who are single because our concept is a great way to break the ice and find that special someone. However we encourage you to join our sister organization Twin Cities Urban Professionals, which hosts a monthly event called 2nd Friday's where people who are not single.

I am not within the age range specified for an event. Can I still attend?

Yes, while we set age ranges for guidelines we do not enforce them. Especially since people who attend may be just outside of the age range. However if you are way beyond the age range, it’s not very likely that you will find many matches at our events.

Does NDC offer other singles event?

Yes! NDC has a free members only network called Twin Cities Urban Singles Network.

What is your Refund/ Cancellation Policy?

NDC has a lenient Refund/Cancellation Policy, which will allow you to do get a full refund (less $5.00 processing fee), credit towards an event of equal or lesser value and more. For more information, click here to view our full Refund/Cancellation policy

Does NDC have a dress code for its events?

Its highly reccomended to look your best as if you are going on a job interview. However, wear what you feel comfortable in. For weekday events, alot of people will be coming straight from work so professsional business attire is fine. But always keep in mind that first impressions count.

How many people attend NDC Events?

For our Speed Dating events we typically garner around 28 to 40 people.

For our Singles Parties, we typically 150-210 people at each party

The NDC event I want to attend says it's full, is there a chance I can still come?

You would be taking a big risk here. Thats why we strongly reccomend you register and pay as early as possible. When an event is full, you will be able to sign up on a waiting list. Listed below is the priority for NDC event guests:

People who pre-pay have top priority and always gain entry, and are entitled to a discount.
People who RSVP but wish to pay at the event, will have to pay a little more. RSVP lines may take a little longer than pre-paid express lines.
Waiting list people take priority over anyone who decides to just show at the door without an RSVP.
Show at the door without RSVP and you risk not be admitted to the event entry. Although it is our intention to get everyone into the party, we simply may not have the capacity to do so.
